Shipping Time

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days

  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days

  • Remote areas: May require additional time depending on courier availability

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • From time to time, free shipping may be offered on selected products or order thresholds as part of promotional campaigns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned to sender.
