Return Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

  • Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

    • Damaged or defective items upon delivery.

    • Incorrect items sent (wrong product, size, or quantity).

    • Expired or compromised product (based on inspection).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Fragrances that have been opened or used.

  • Items that are returned after the 3-day window.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Email us at scentsberryofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0307-2270032 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, clear pictures of the product, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process. You will need to securely pack the item and return it through a reliable courier service.

  4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or to the original method of payment (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
